The night staff's attitude was REALLY disappointing. The manager couldn't solve any problems. This is the first time I am giving such a bad review. There was ZERO service and zero care .

I found the staff to be approachable and very helpful ! apple and wikum at reception were particularly fantastic. the location is good. The mall of emirates is nearby.
The room lacked a bathrobe. It would have been a nice addition after using the shower. i did notice that there was no bathrobe provided in the room.

the hotel provides a fitness center with treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. there is also a pool area available, with a place for relaxation and recreation during your stay. several restaurants and grocery stores are conveniently located nearby.

the hotel benefits from its proximity to the mall of emirates, awesome for convenient access to shopping and dining. its location provides reasonably short travel times to key attractions. there are restaurants and grocery shops in the area.

The rooms are bright and quiet. This, and i really appreciated that! each room contains a small refrigerator and a kettle. the rooms include two separate sinks. This is good for organization.
